Responsibilities

Provide positive leadership for your team members

Share your horticultural knowledge with crew members

Use your great time management skills to finish projects on time
-
Document working hours and materials on a daily basis
-
Have basic plant identification skills
-
Identify weed species
-
Proficient in using line trimmer, hedge trimmer, and leaf blower
-
Use provided PPE appropriately
-
Take great care of company vehicles and equipment
For a perfect match

2 years of industry experience
-
A college diploma or DEC in horticulture, landscaping or a related field (preferred)
-
Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture
-
Bilingual (French and English), Spanish is considered an asset
-
Able to work autonomously
-
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage stress
-
Competent with computers and phone apps
-
Must have a valid provincial driver’s license with a good driving record
