Crew Leader: Snow Removal

Responsibilities
 

  • Supervise a crew of 2-5 and provide leadership, direction and support
     

  • Train crew members in the proper use of all snow removal equipment, including snow shovels, ice picks and snow blowers
     

  • Train crew members to safely distribute de-icing solutions
     

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all health, safety and emergency procedures
     

  • Ensuring proper disposal of garbage and debris from the properties


For a perfect match

  • Class 5 driving license and clean driving record (required)

  • Able to work at night in sometimes cold and windy weather conditions

  • Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, flexible and detailed oriented

  • Professional in appearance and actions
