The office manager is the first point of contact for employees, suppliers, and customers. This person is responsible for office administrative duties related - but not limited to - ordering office supplies, scheduling rooms, mail, uniforms, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities

Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.

Maintains reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.

Receives deliveries, and sorts and distributes incoming mail and packages.

Coordinates internal and external events.
-
Orders and manages office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
-
Manages uniform room, creates orders, and tracks inventory levels.
-
Enters expenses into system.

Other related administrative tasks.

High school degree or more.

Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.

Good knowledge of software includiong Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and GSuite
-
Meticulous attention to detail.
