For three weeks each spring, everyone at Strathmore - and we mean everyone - plants flowers on weekends.
The accountant. The office manager. The bookkeeper. The account mangers. The owners. The owner's kids. Everyone puts on steel toed boots, a Strathmore hat and a safety vest and gets to work.
After working long days all week long, most people don't feel like hitting the dirt again on weekends - but once you're there, it's great fun with everyone with working together, shoulder to shoulder.
